What a weekend!

Some key takeaways from the weekend are:
Understanding that the mind's eye and the breath are so very connected. Understanding to help the practitioner and yourself guide your movement with your mind and then taking your breath to that area and lastly finding movement. The acceptance of diversity in all bodies and what is "even" is a vast concept that only the person can really decide for themselves.
Sternum centering specifically within warrior one. Not leading with hip alignment but actually sternum alignment. Understanding the hip girdle and the anatomical differences in humans.
