The teachings of Joseph Pilates are alive and well here at Divine Moon Yoga & Pilates. We are Portland’s First Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Sound Studio of choice for mindful movement, injury prevention and recovery. Experience the fluidity of a Pilates session on the Reformer. Sound Healing and Yoga on the mat. All methods incorporate elements of core strengthening, spinal stabilization/mobilization, breathing, flexibility and strengthening. Regardless of your level of fitness, we’ve got your back! Our rehab background affords valuable insight into many orthopedic and neurological issues, balance deficits and chronic pain.

We offer private, duo and trio Reformer Pilates sessions. Private and small group yoga and sound healing. Our instructors are Balanced Body Reformer Pilates & Divine Global People Yoga certified. Sharing our passion for movement is what we do best in our serene space. Experience a personalized private or duo session tailored to meet your specific training needs and goals. Have an issue that is keeping you sidelined or just annoyed? Let us help you get back on track with your fitness routine or favorite sport.
