We value the core concepts of yoga, pilates, sound and communities! Our goal is to provide future teachers with the proper tools for their physical practice, mental health, community building, business ethics, successful yoga classes and ethically adventurous team retreats!
On the teaching front, we provide a rigorous training of movement & healing. Every teacher who comes out of our training will be able to teach in a safe and skilled way. We provide a home for our teachers to teach and a platform for them to practice their new skills after the training.
